Here are some of the people who are currently impacting my life and molding me into a leader:

• Kevin Childs – Lead Pastor at The Rock and my boss.  He is full of vision and will do whatever it takes to get there.  His communication techniques are simple, relevant and dynamic.  His leadership demands excellence.  Most importantly, Kevin is passionate about leading the lost to The Savior.
• Dr. Doug Doreman - Doug is the president of Your Next Step Ministry and a member at The Rock.  I get to study under Doug twice a week and have coffee every Wednesday morning.  His desire and vision to impact the world through 1-on-1 discipleship gets me pumped!  He knows where the real stuff happens.  Doug is shaping my leadership and teaching skills in a way the almost forces growth.  I am super pumped about his son Nate, being one of my groomsman.
• Jeremy Mangerchine - This guy is a crown jewel in my life!  He hears the bad, the worst, and the very VERY ugly truth about my life.  Jeremy is incredibly knowledgable of our economy and the impact it has on the entire world.  He is determined to love his wife, Shannon, in a way that brings God the ultimate glory.  Plus, he’s got HUGE arms and dresses like a STUD!  Jeremy is also one of my groomsman.
• David McCoy – David and I have been hanging together since college.  His excitement to see the Lord working is contagious.  He is gifted with prophecy and healing, and his understanding of the Spiritual realm keeps my eyes open. I am convinced that this guy is going to bring new meaning to the phrases “Christ in you” and “the power of the cross”.  David is also one of my groomsman.
• Kelly McCormick – Among all the dudes and testosterone in my life, my soon to be bride is most important!  Guys are great and all, but umm… anyway!  Kelly puts up with some JUNK!  And praise Jesus she does!!!  Kelly has a love for the nations and a desire to reach them like few I’ve ever seen.  She is passionate about ministering to woman and  ready to step over any guy in order to do it.  She keeps me on my toes and refuses to let me fail.  Kelly is a constant reminder of how good God is to us.  (That’s my seminary way of saying she’s sexy!) Kelly is also in my wedding… ummm… she’s my BRIDE!!!!

They are all there, fighting beside me and giving me opportunities to spread my wings.  They help me up when I fall… they kick me when I need it… and they push me forward even if I don’t want it.  I owe a lot to each one of them!  Thank you!
